Site Engineer

Responsible for supervision of all activities of Tower -

Ø Lead the team of supervisors and vendors for smooth progress of work.

Ø Responsible for flat handover/possession to flat owners as per schedule given by CRM team

Ø Sign the Checklists & get the work executed as per set quality norms and procedure.

Ø To verify the availability of material and labour on a daily basis.

Ø Identify problem areas of work and report status to the Reporting Manager.

Ø Review & Monitor resources requirements of contractors in conjunction with completion schedule

Ø Submit the daily progress reports of the site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
