SITE ENGINEER

We are looking for CIVIL ENGINEER in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications:

• 4 years’ UAE experience in the field of Civil Work, Interior Fit-Out, Gypsum Works, Carpentry Works, MEP Works
• With Diploma or Certificate (Civil Engineer)
• Must have a UAE driver’s license
• Must have engineering society license valid.
• Active DM Approval: Civil Engineer (G+1) valid and transferable; DM ID/approval number to be provided at interview.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge to do gypsum ceiling and wall molding works.

2. Produce draft designs and diagrams according to the given specifications.

3. Collaborate with designers, contractors and engineers on projects.

4. Dealing with clients.

5. Checking of Quantities for Tender BOQ from the client.

6. Responsible for the supervision as per site condition.

7. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement.

8. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors.

9. Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.

10. Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to clients.

11. Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.

12. Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.

13. Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.

14. Prepare workshop drawings, submission drawings, and as-built drawings.

15. Involve in technical matters and taking measurements.

16. Project updating base on the revision as per status noted. Responsible for the Final As-built.

17. He knows how to read, understand and implement AutoCAD drawings related to gypsum-related interior decoration.

18. Perform other related tasks.
