Require Engineering background person(Mechanical or Civil) with 2-3 years GCC experience with Driving license.

· Submitting invoices progressive and final invoices.

· Coordinating for issuing purchase order.

· Follow up with payments.

· Keeping all the documentation related to the local purchase and expenses on every projects separate.

· Preparing all the documentation and making notes.

· Reporting and updating all the day to day activities OM/GM

· Monitoring the progress of the projects.

· Arranging drawings and getting approvals on the same.

· Making the cost sheets.

· Conducting weekly and if necessary daily meeting with OM

· Looking after the day to day operations.

· Controlling the labor force and distributing labor force to the sites.

· Motivating the team and see the satisfaction of the team.

· Follow up with the sales team to update the progress of projects.

· Preparing all the documentation and submitting to OM/GM for the approval proactive on necessary situations.

· Keeping the Tools or any other equipment safe, neat and clean.

· Making quotations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
