Site Engineer

ob Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee construction projects from planning to completion. The Site Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are carried out in accordance with design, specifications, quality standards, and health & safety regulations. This role requires hands-on experience in site management, technical supervision, and coordination with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project execution.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications and ensure accurate implementation on-site.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure materials used meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and prepare reports on work progress.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in planning construction schedules and resource allocation.
• Resolve site-related issues and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Maintain documentation such as daily logs, work permits, test reports, and site diaries.
• Liaise with project managers to update progress and highlight potential risks or delays.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer with 4-5 years of UAE experience .
• Solid knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Construction Safety or Site Management (e.g., OSHA, PMP).
• Experience working on [specific types of projects, e.g., residential, commercial, infrastructure].
