Site Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Mechanical Site Engineer to join our service and commissioning team. The candidate will travel to various customer sites to understand mechanical problems, provide technical support, and carry out erection and commissioning activities for crushing and screening equipment.

This role demands strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on problem-solving, and effective communication with both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to project sites to inspect, identify, and resolve mechanical issues.
• Perform erection, alignment, and commissioning of crushers, screens, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Provide technical support to ensure smooth installation and operation.
• Coordinate with design, production, and service teams for on-site troubleshooting.
• Supervise and guide site labor or contractors during equipment erection.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and site protocols.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, checklists, and service documentation.
• Conduct on-site training for operators and maintenance teams.
• Report progress and feedback to the Service / Project Manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

(Diploma holders with strong field experience may also apply)

• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with interest in field work encouraged)
• Good knowledge of mechanical assembly, hydraulics, bearings, and rotating equipment.
• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems under field conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work at project sites across India.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and safety-conscious attitude.
