Job Description:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure the successful execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical knowledge, leadership skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Interpret construction drawings and ensure accurate execution on site.

Ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time and meet specifications.

Monitor project schedules and budgets, reporting deviations promptly.

Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on site.

Handle site documentation including measurements, records, and quality checklists.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Proven experience (1-2 years) in site supervision or project execution.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
