Job Title: Site Engineer

Vacancies: 2 Nos.

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers also welcome)

Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering

Location: At Site Across Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct detailed site visits across assigned public toilet locations under Greater Chennai Corporation.

 Assess existing conditions and prepare comprehensive scope of work for:

o Minor and major civil/MEP repairs

o Structural or functional improvements

o New construction requirements (where demolition and rebuild are needed)

 Supervise the work of Site Supervisors during site inspections and report compilation.

 Document photographic evidence and maintain location-wise assessment reports.

 Ensure all reports are submitted to and approved by respective authorities of GCC oAicials.

 Support the client coordination team by explaining technical details of each report, if required.

 Conduct quality checks and technical supervision during execution of repair or new construction works at multiple sites.

 Ensure contractor/vendor execution is aligned with approved scope, technical specifications, and safety standards.

 Prepare and submit stage-wise quality inspection reports, with observations on workmanship, materials, and progress.

 Coordinate with contractors for timely rectification of defects observed during inspections.

 Provide regular status updates to Project Manager and report any deviations from plan or specifications

Skills Required:

 Strong knowledge of civil repair works, retrofitting, and basic MEP understanding.

 Good report-writing and communication skills in English and Tamil.

 Ability to manage site visits independently and meet daily/weekly coverage targets.

 Proficient in MS Excel, basic CAD, and measurement tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,806.58 - ₹20,000.00 per month
