Site Engineer

· Coordination and supervision of workers.

· Provide schedules for workers.

· Assign tasks to construction labourers.

· Communicate with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain coordinated.

· Organizing the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project.

· Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards

· Keeping detailed records of work at site.

· Other duties as per management requirement.

· Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress.

· Preparing the project schedule and determine technical specifications & prepare plans as per the specification and guidelines.

· Implementing the knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E), architectural/interior finishes, lighting, art signage, colour and materials to carryout design intent.

· Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations and vendors

· Responsible for smooth execution and completion of all corporate projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nagavara, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
