Job Overview:
• The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site activities related to the fabrication and installation of aluminum windows, doors, and shading/pergola systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, and hands-on leadership to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards on time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily site operations for fabrication and installation of windows, doors, and shading/pergola structures.
• Coordinate with the fabrication workshop to ensure accurate production based on approved drawings.
• Review, interpret, and verify technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure installation works follow engineering methodologies, company standards, and project requirements.
• Conduct site measurements, inspections, and quality checks throughout all stages of installation.
• Lead, guide, and supervise installation teams to ensure productivity and compliance with safety rules.
• Communicate and coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site promptly.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly used at site.
• Monitor project timelines and support in ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in installation of aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, or shading/pergola systems or similar.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to prepare/modify technical drawings.
• Excellent understanding of engineering concepts, fabrication processes, and installation methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and translate them into practical site execution.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Valid driving license.
