Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Site Engineer to join our team and support the successful delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site technical guidance, quality control, safety compliance, and ensuring that work is completed on time and within specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is executed according to project plans and standards.
• Provide technical advice and resolve any engineering issues that arise on site.
• Monitor construction progress and maintain detailed site reports, logs, and documentation.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure materials and workmanship meet required specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed and conduct regular site safety checks.
• Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications, and communicate requirements to the site team.
• Assist with project scheduling, planning, and cost control activities.
• Prepare reports on progress, issues, and potential risks.
• Support the implementation of engineering solutions to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Diploma in related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering software (e.g., Revit, Primavera—optional).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
