Site Engineer

SITE ENGINEER

We are seeking a Site Engineer with a strong background in villa construction to oversee and manage project execution on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site activities are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and timelines.

Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Ensure quality control and adherence to health & safety standards.

Resolve site issues and provide technical support as required.

Conduct inspections and ensure that all civil works, finishes and installations meet project standards.

Assist in quantity take off, material approvals, shop drawings, and coordination with design and procurement teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and/or related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction of villas/townhouses/buildings.

UAQ Municipality G+1 Certification (preferred).

Strong technical knowledge of structure, interior finishes, MEP coordination, and site management.

Familiarity with Municipality, and other local authority regulations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic project coordination tools.

UAE driving license preferred.
