Site Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage civil construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, quality control, project coordination, and working within an ERP system in the UAE construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on-site to ensure projects are executed as per design, specifications, and schedule.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with construction drawings, safety standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site promptly.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, equipment, and labor.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, site instructions, and progress reports.
• Support cost control measures by monitoring resource usage and minimizing wastage.
• Work efficiently within the ERP system for project tracking, reporting, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Civil Site Engineer in building or civil contracting projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and ERP systems.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
