Site Engineer

A Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role involves coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and workers while ensuring compliance with technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work follows design drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and problem resolution.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain smooth project operations.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings and provide technical guidance to site teams.
• Identify and solve on-site technical issues promptly.
• Monitor adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in construction site supervision or a similar engineering role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in WATERPROOFING FIELD.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and codes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Have experience in UAE
