Site Engineer

We’re Hiring: Fit-Out Site Engineer – Dubai

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fit-Out Site Engineer to manage and supervise interior fit-out projects, ensuring high-quality execution, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards
• Monitor project progress, site quality, materials, and manpower allocation
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and resolve site-related technical issues promptly
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, snag lists, and assist with project handover
• Manage coordination between MEP, civil, and finishing works to maintain workflow efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out (site supervision and coordination)
• Strong technical knowledge of materials, detailing, and site execution procedures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and understanding of technical drawings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• UAE Driving License preferred
• Immediate joiners highly preferred
