Site Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Umm al-Quwain, United Arab Emirates. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with civil and structural engineers. Daily tasks will include site inspections, compliance checks, and managing on-site activities to ensure the timely and accurate execution of crane installation projects. Effective communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders will be essential to the role.

Documentation:

· Prepare all the documents based on customer requirements.

· Prepare the Method of statement and Risk Assessment

· Coordination with customer from the beginning until the project hand over.

· Realizes the preparations at the site to ensure the assembly and according to the specifications, drawings and assembly instructions respecting the proposed planning.

Installation

· Runs tests (incl. processing the relevant forms and documentation) and where necessary takes corrective measures.

· Manages the site instructions and the safety rules of the site.

· provides a written registration of all the information of the supplied forms and documents (inspection reports, crane book, work sheets, certificates etc).

· Make sure project handed over as per milestone planning.

· Make sure customer is happy with Lootah Lemmens.

· Coordinate with Purchase dept if any material required in the site.

TRAINING

· Training of crane operators and convincing customers to go for AMC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical
• Experience in on-site activities and quality control
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with diverse engineering teams
• Previous experience in crane installation or industrial projects is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
