Site Engineer

River Island Interior Decoration LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This position offers excellent exposure to all stages of interior fit-out works, with a strong emphasis on joinery execution and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities in line with the project plan.
• Execute site works accurately as per the approved joinery and fit-out drawings.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, daily progress reports, and quality checklists.
• Assist in project planning and scheduling using professional software tools.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and attend regular site meetings.
• Ensure the timely and quality completion of site activities according to project standards.
• Support the project team in achieving key milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2–3 years of site experience in fit-out or interior works (UAE experience preferred).
• Hands-on joinery experience is essential.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
