• Qualification: B.E. Civil
• Desired Experience: 1–2 years
• Projects Worked on : Industrial / Commercial

Responsbilities:

• Site administration and coordination between site staff, subcontractors, plants, and head office.
• BOQ, Tenders, Costing & Pricing, Cost Control, Billing and Planning, Cost Optimization, Budget Forecasting, Cash Flows, Contract Management.
• Making various budgets, estimates, and fund-flow for management
• Making BOQ, specifications, and RFQ for inviting quotations from vendors.
• Coordination between architects, RCC consultants, services, and other consultants.
• MIS documentation, team building, cross-functional coordination, tracking, and drawings/plans.
• Readiness to relocate at site location.
• Find the solutions to the problems identified on site in line with customer requirements and budget.

Pay: ₹18,084.84 - ₹25,185.60 per month
