We are a Dubai-based architectural and engineering consultancy specializing in structural, MEP, and architectural design. We deliver precision-driven engineering solutions for residential towers, luxury villas, and mixed-use commercial developments across the UAE.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Structural Engineer / Site Engineer to lead design, supervision, and coordination for multiple structural projects in Dubai. This role demands strong technical insight, site management discipline, and design coordination capability to ensure structural integrity, compliance, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review structural design calculations, analysis models, and construction drawings.
• Ensure all designs comply with UAE building codes, DM regulations, and international standards (BS, ACI, ASCE, etc.).
• Coordinate with architects and MEP teams to resolve structural interface issues.
• Prepare design reports, load assessments, drafting and feasibility studies for proposed systems.
• Support tendering activities by preparing BOQs, technical specifications, and value-engineering options.
• Site Supervision & Construction Management
• Oversee day-to-day site execution, ensuring construction aligns with approved drawings and method statements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety, and workmanship.
• Review and approve shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and method statements.
• Identify and resolve technical discrepancies during construction with prompt corrective measures.
• Ensure QA/QC standards are met and documented as per project and authority requirements.
• Supervise concrete pours, rebar placement, and load-bearing element installations for compliance with specifications.
• Coordination & Communication
• Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve design or construction conflicts.
• Coordinate with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other authorities for inspections, submissions, and final approvals.
• Conduct progress and coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and correspondence logs.
• Project & Team Management
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
• Mentor junior engineers and site inspectors to uphold technical and professional standards.
• Participate in design reviews, technical audits, and internal quality checks.
• Assist in preparing as-built documentation and project close-out reports.

Requirements

• Dubai Municipality G+4 / G+12 Consultant Certificate (Mandatory)
• UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in structural design and/or site supervision within the UAE
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, and related software
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, design standards, and authority procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight schedules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
