Site Engineer

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in high-rise building construction projects. (Min 4 years experience)
• Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, and MEP works

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision:
• Monitor daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per the approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works of the high-rise building.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants for smooth workflow.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure materials used and workmanship meet the required quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and report non-conformities to the QA/QC team.
• Check alignment, levels, and elevations as per design.
• Planning & Coordination:
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material supply.
• Attend daily/weekly progress meetings and update project status.
• Safety Compliance:
• Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to the Safety Officer and ensure corrective action is taken.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material consumption.
• Update drawings and as-built documentation in coordination with the design team.
• Prepare reports for senior management on project progress and site issues
