Site Engineer

Job description

 Handling complete Interior and finishing work at sites. End to End.

 Knowledge of MEP work

 Able to take Site Measurements

 Must have vendor/contractor database to carry out work at site.

 Must be able to read and understand Auto cad drawings.

 Site requirement purchase.

 Be accountable for Project Results.

 Resolve issues at the site.

 Vendor/ contractor management.

 Verification of Quality of material before receiving from client or vendors

 Day to day activity coordination at site

 Undertake design project from start to completion of project

 Supervise work progress and quality check of finishing work, getting work completed on time through contractors and labors handle stock requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

 Min. 5-10 years’ experience in the interior fit-out industry (Retail, cinema, restaurants, offices )

 Knowledge of Interior finishing, materials.

 Experience in supervising Interior projects

 Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings

 Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards
