Location: Himachal Pradesh (The Location can change as per the project requirement)

The Site Engineer is responsible for planning, supervising and executing ground-mounted solar power projects at site level. The role ensures that civil, mechanical and electrical works are carried out safely, on schedule and in compliance with design drawings, technical standards and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in ground-mounted if in solar PV projects (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of solar structures, foundations and site execution
• Ability to read and understand construction and electrical drawings

Skills & Competencies

• Site supervision and coordination skills
• Knowledge of solar PV systems and ground mount structures
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control procedures
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Work Environment

• On-site role at solar project locations i.e. PAN India.
• Requires travel and extended site presence
• Exposure to outdoor conditions
