Site Engineer

Job Description:
The Site Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. The role involves close coordination with project managers, supervisors, contractors, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams for smooth execution of work
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and quality checks
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Assist in material planning, approvals, and project handover documentation

Requirements & Skills:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant UAE site experience preferred
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability
• Good communication and coordination skills
• UAE Valid Driving License is an advantage
