Site Engineer

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out as per project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update the project team.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and provide engineering solutions when required.
• Verify material deliveries and ensure materials meet project specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of site activities.

Requirements

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant site experience (or as per your requirement).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle site responsibilities effectively.
