Job Summary

Model Moulderz is looking for a dedicated and site-oriented Site Engineer to manage and monitor residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate should be willing to travel between sites and coordinate effectively with teams on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, masons, carpenters, and labour teams
• Communicate regularly with the office team regarding site progress and issues
• Handle multiple sites within the assigned region

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: BE Civil / DCE (Diploma in Civil Engineering)
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with basic site experience can apply
• Bike: Mandatory (for site travel)
• Strong basic knowledge of construction practices and materials
• Ability to work independently at site

Salary

• ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Salary will be based on qualification, experience, and performance
