Castle Builders is a Private Construction company committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team and oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.
• Interpret and execute plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow and communication.
• Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports, and identify potential delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship.
• Manage site resources including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Assist in resolving technical or site-related challenges as they arise.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
