1. Creating Schedules: Plan and organize work schedules that include project milestones and employee shifts.

2. Supervision and Evaluation: Oversee and assess the performance of contractors and on-site employees.

3. Problem-Solving: Address technical, safety, or legal issues that may arise during the project.

4. Preparation the Cost Estimation, Rate analysis, Monthly Progress Report and Verification of Bills, Quality assurance.

5. Legal and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all employees follow legal and safety rules and regulations.

6. Inventory Management: Keep track of tools, equipment, and machinery used on site.

7. Resource Management: Manage construction materials, workers, and equipment efficiently.

8. Resource Allocation: Allocate and coordinate the use of resources on the construction site.

9. Reporting: Create status reports to update project stakeholders on progress.

10. Site Visits: Travel to different project sites across the city to oversee construction activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
