Site Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Male Site Engineer specialized in Civil Engineering or Diploma to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of UAE experience and possess a valid UAE driving license. Preferred candidates will have experience in the fitout industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other team members to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, including project documentation and reports.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on site.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed.
• Provide technical advice and support to junior staff and other team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Proven experience in the construction or contracting industry is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools is a plus,
