Site Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with strong UAE site experience in steel framing and exterior gypsum works. The candidate must have hands-on expertise in external gypsum systems, including steel and stud framing for gypsum board installation. The role requires the ability to independently manage site execution, ensure compliance with project specifications, and coordinate effectively with all stakeholders to deliver high-quality work within approved timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage site execution of steel works and exterior gypsum systems.

Oversee steel and stud framing for gypsum board installation, ensuring alignment with approved shop drawings and specifications.

Coordinate installation of external gypsum boards, framing systems, and related accessories.

Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and material submittals.

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth site operations.

Monitor quality control, conduct inspections, and ensure works meet required standards.

Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site safety regulations.

Plan daily site activities, monitor progress, and report any delays or technical issues.

Manage material requests, site measurements, and work sequencing.

Attend site meetings and provide technical input as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in steel framing and exterior gypsum works.

Strong knowledge of steel framing systems, stud partitions, and exterior gypsum boards.

Experience with external cladding support framing and gypsum-based exterior systems.

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.

Familiarity with UAE construction standards and site practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
