Site Engineer

We're Hiring: Site Engineer (Civil)
Location: Al Quoz, Dubai
Industry: Interior Fit-Out & Joinery
Salary: AED 4,500 – 6,000 (based on experience)
Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in site supervision for interior fit-out and joinery projects, with strong capability in managing on-site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for fit-out and joinery projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure work is executed as per approved shop drawings, CAD details, and specifications
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely project delivery
• Maintain site safety and quality standards
• Lead and manage site labor teams efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in site management for fit-out and interior projects in the UAE
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD/shop drawings
• Fluent in English; ability to speak Hindi is a must
• Strong leadership and people-handling skills
• Male candidates only
• Must be currently in UAE and preferably available to join immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
