Location: Factory – Virar / Palghar

Qualification: Mechanical / Civil Engineering / Diploma / ITI with relevant experience

Travel: Frequent travelling to installation sites

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 In-Hand

Allowances: Stay + Food provided during site duty

Job Summary:

We are hiring Installation Engineers who will actively work on the physical installation of waterslides and waterpark structures. This is a hands-on field engineering role involving installation, assembly, alignment, and execution work at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on installation of waterslides and waterpark equipment at client sites.
• Handle assembly, fixing, bolting, drilling, alignment, and structural adjustments.
• Read engineering drawings and execute installation work as per specifications.
• Work closely with the site team and coordinate with the senior engineer for technical guidance.
• Ensure installation accuracy, quality, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot installation-related issues during on-site execution.
• Ensure safety protocols and proper use of tools and machinery during installation.
• Prepare basic work reports and updates to the senior/site engineer.
• Travel frequently to outstation sites for installations (stay + food provided).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, or ITI with strong installation experience.
• 2–3+ years’ experience in mechanical installation, fabrication, machinery assembly, or construction.
• Ability to read layout drawings and understand technical instructions.
• Practical knowledge of using tools like drill machines, spanners, torque wrenches, etc.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights/outdoor sites.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to work hands-on.
• Ready for frequent travel across India.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
