Site Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to join our project team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating finishing works and MEP activities on site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities related to finishing and MEP works.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of works.
• Monitor project schedules and report progress, delays, and technical issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Conduct inspections and ensure rectification of defects and snags.
• Assist in material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements related to finishing and MEP works.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant site experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience in finishing works and MEP coordination.
• Good knowledge of local authority regulations, standards, and construction practices in the UAE.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred:

• Immediate availability or short notice period.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
