Site Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage civil construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, quality control, project coordination, and working within an ERP system in the UAE construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on-site to ensure projects are executed as per design, specifications, and schedule.

Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with construction drawings, safety standards, and company policies.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.

Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and progress updates.

Identify and resolve technical issues on-site promptly.

Ensure proper utilization of materials, equipment, and labor.

Assist in preparing project documentation, site instructions, and progress reports.

Support cost control measures by monitoring resource usage and minimizing wastage.

Work efficiently within the ERP system for project tracking, reporting, and documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Civil Site Engineer in building or civil contracting projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Good communication, reporting, and organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and ERP systems.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
