Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. The ideal candidate must have UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations and construction activities
• Ensure work execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and milestones

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Immediate joiners preferred
