Site Engineer

Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out, steel structure, renovation, and steel construction works
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site labor for smooth workflow
• Monitor progress and report daily/weekly site activities to the Project Manager

Technical & Engineering Duties

• Study and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
• Prepare and verify setting-out, measurements, and site layouts
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction
• Coordinate with design, MEP, and structural teams for clash resolution

Quality Control

• Ensure work is executed as per quality standards and project requirements
• Conduct inspections and ensure rectification of non-conforming works
• Maintain quality records, inspection checklists, and as-built drawings

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure site works follow approved HSE plans and safety regulations
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safe work practices
• Report and assist in the investigation of site incidents or hazards

Planning & Coordination

• Assist in preparing work schedules and look-ahead programs
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage and usage
• Monitor manpower productivity and equipment utilization

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports, material records, and progress reports
• Assist in preparing quantity measurements and site-related documentation
• Support project close-out activities and handover documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1-2 years of UAE site engineering experience (preferred)
• Proven experience in interior fit-out, steel structure, renovation, and steel construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD (preferred)

• Experience working with fast-track projects
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and construction codes
• Good communication abilities (English and Hindi )

Salary range : 2500 AED to 3500AED
