Site Engineer

Traventure Homes Pvt Ltd is looking for a Site Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in site execution, coordination, and quality control, with basic to excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel for daily reporting and data management. Freshers passionate about learning and growing in the construction field are welcome to apply. Required Experience: 3-8 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, contractors, and other site staff for smooth workflow.
• Maintain daily progress reports, material tracking, and manpower records in Excel.
• Check measurements, quantities, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Support in site documentation, billing data, and material reconciliation.
• Ensure safety measures and site discipline are followed at all times.
• Assist in planning and scheduling of work as per project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Basic to excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, formatting, etc.).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
