Site Engineer

We are a reputable construction company specializing in luxury villas and high-end establishments in Dubai, seeking an Experienced Site Engineer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil and MEP works and be ready to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring project progress aligns with the schedule
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Supervise and inspect civil and MEP installations to ensure adherence to design and safety standards
• Resolve site issues promptly and effectively
• Prepare and submit progress reports and site documentation
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment
• Assist in procurement and material management as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in luxury villas or high-end projects
• 2-3 years experience in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of civil and MEP systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• With DM Certificates (is an advantage)
• Immediate availability to join
