Site Engineer

The Role

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications - Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of works - Monitor progress on site and ensure adherence to project timelines - Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations - Review drawings and raise RFIs for any discrepancies or technical issues - Ensure proper setting out, leveling, and site measurements are carried out accurately - Track material usage and coordinate with procurement for timely delivery - Maintain site records, daily reports, and progress updates - Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Proven experience working with a main contractor is essential - Prior experience on Majlis, villa, or similar residential/cultural projects is preferred - Strong understanding of site execution, supervision, and coordination - Good knowledge of drawings, construction methods, and site procedures - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
