Site Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site/Civil Engineer to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in civil construction projects, strong site supervision capabilities, and a solid understanding of UAE construction standards. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for site operations.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site in coordination with the project manager and design team.
• Ensure adherence to local authority regulations and obtain necessary approvals when required.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical input to support project execution.
• Travel between project locations within RAK and other emirates as needed (UAE driving license required).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in civil/site engineering within the UAE (RAK experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, authority requirements, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in infrastructure, roads, utilities, or building construction projects.
• Familiarity with RAK Municipality and FEWA procedures.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and site safety protocols.
