Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in planning, designing, and overseeing construction mainly in villa projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage end-to-end construction activities of villa projects.
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Monitor site progress, labor deployment, material usage, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to approved design specifications and standards.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates.
• Resolve site issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permit conditions.
• Manage site inspections and handover processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, or similar engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
