Work Schedule

• Full-time role
• 6 days per week (as typical in construction projects in Qatar)
• Site-based work with occasional office coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure project progress and quality
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site workers
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines and report progress regularly
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Ensure materials and equipment are available on-site as needed
• Maintain proper documentation (reports, permits, logs)
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations

In-Demand Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Experience with project management tools and reporting
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of health & safety standards (HSE)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software is a plus

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Experience working on projects in Qatar or GCC region
• Familiarity with local construction regulations
• PMP or equivalent certification (advantage but not mandatory)
