Job Description

We are currently hiring a Site Engineer with strong experience in steel structure erection to join our growing team in the UAE. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse construction projects and play a key role in ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely project delivery.

As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising structural and civil works, with a primary focus on steel erection activities, while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise structural and civil construction activities, with a strong emphasis on steel structure erection.
• Oversee steel erection works from commencement to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Review, prepare, and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications related to steel structures.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, fabricators, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of structural works.
• Ensure all structural and civil works comply with local authorities’ regulations and building codes (Dubai Municipality / relevant Emirates).
• Supervise on-site steel erection activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and safety requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify technical or scheduling issues, and implement corrective actions as required.
• Manage site resources, including materials, equipment, manpower, and steel erection logistics.
• Conduct quality inspections for steel materials, fabrication, and erection works throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress, quality, and technical reports.
• Support tendering activities, including quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and technical bid evaluations.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations, particularly for working at heights and heavy lifting operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (UAE MOFA attested).
• Minimum 2 years of UAE working experience as a Structural / Civil Engineer, preferably in steel structure erection projects.
• Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
• Must be currently available in the UAE and willing to attend face-to-face interviews.
• Dubai Municipality or other Emirates Municipality Engineer License is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English & Hindi for effective communication.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, steel erection methodologies, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
