Site Engineer

Job Title: Site Engineer (Commission-Based – Project Acquisition)

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer who can bring new construction, maintenance, fit-out, or civil works projects to our company. Your main responsibility will be to identify opportunities, coordinate with clients, and secure projects. Once a project is awarded to us, you will receive a competitive commission based on the project value.

Responsibilities:

• Source and bring new projects in construction, civil works, MEP, or fit-out
• Conduct site visits and prepare basic assessments
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Submit project details to our team for pricing and execution
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business

Requirements:

• Experience in UAE construction or contracting industry
• Strong network of clients, consultants, and site contacts
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred

Compensation:

• Commission-based only (no basic salary)
• Attractive commission structure based on project value
