Job Description

Arkiten International Contracting LLC is seeking a proactive and energetic Site Engineer with 2 years of experience to lead day-to-day field operations. You will directly manage the execution team, handle labor coordination, and oversee the installation of complex steel frameworks and architectural tensile structures from foundation to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site labor, steel erectors, and fabric technicians to execute structural installations exactly according to approved shop drawings.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate daily tasks to optimize labor efficiency and ensure project milestones are met safely and on schedule.
• Coordinate with the procurement and store teams to ensure steel members, hardware, and fabrics arrive on site in perfect sequence to prevent downtime.
• Cross-check site anchor bolt layouts, levels, grids, and structural plumb lines before committing to final assembly and erection.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports, detailing resource allocations, site challenges, and completion percentages to the project manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of active site engineering experience. Direct exposure to structural steel framing, canopy installations, or tensile fabric systems is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and ground-level problem-solving skills; able to handle an on-site labor force firmly and professionally.
• Ability to work under pressure, interpret complex connection details, and adapt to shifting site conditions rapidly.

• Transportation: All work-related transport during active project deployments will be fully provided and managed by Arkiten.
• Accommodation: If an active project site is located a significant distance from Dubai (preventing a daily commute), company accommodation will be provided. For projects within standard commuting distance or during periods without active site assignments, the candidate is responsible for their own permanent accommodation and daily commute to the office/base.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
