Site Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with solid construction site experience, preferably with exposure to waterproofing works, to join our growing team.

Experience Required:

• 2–3 years of site engineering experience in the construction industry
• Prior experience in waterproofing systems (roofing, below-grade, membranes, coatings) is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of site execution, drawings, and material coordination

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and suppliers on site progress
• Monitor quality control, especially waterproofing works where applicable
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and track project progress
• Assist in material requisition and site documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Valid Driving License (DL) is a big plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site supervision
