Site Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Site Engineer to join our team for a high-rise tower project in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and consultants, monitoring work progress, and ensuring execution is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and construction works
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on quality and safety requirements
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues
• Coordinate material deliveries and site requirements
• Ensure proper execution of interior and finishing works

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction projects
• UAE construction experience is preferred
• Experience in high-rise building projects is an advantage
• Strong understanding of site execution and coordination
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience in interior and finishing works
• Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and approvals
• Immediate joiners are preferred

Salary: To be discussed (based on experience)
