Project Engineer – Mechanical
Salary: AED 12,000 – 14,000
Experience: 10 – 12 UAE / GCC -Years

Project Engineer – Electrical
Salary: AED 12,000 – 14,000
Experience: 10 – 12 UAE / GCC -Years

Senior Mechanical Engineer
Salary: AED 18,000 – 20,000
Experience: 10 – 15 UAE / GCC -Years

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and quality control procedures for electrical and mechanical works.
• Review project drawings, technical documents, and construction plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality documentation, and progress reports.
• Identify technical issues and implement corrective actions to maintain project quality and timelines.
• Supervise site activities and ensure work is completed according to approved standards and schedules.
• Manage project resources, materials, manpower, and subcontractors effectively.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Support project planning, budgeting, commissioning, and handover activities.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in villa and/or high-rise building construction projects.
UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
Strong technical knowledge and project execution skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
