Job Summary

The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing construction activities at project sites, ensuring that work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, and site staff to ensure smooth project execution while maintaining safety and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and construction operations.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Verify measurements and quantities for work completed.
• Monitor labor productivity and site resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising at the site.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and material management.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress reports to management.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within budget and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Diploma or a related field.
• More Than 4 years of relevant site engineering experience (depending on project requirements).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
