Site Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team for ongoing and upcoming construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site execution, coordination, and technical supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure project progress meets schedules and quality standards.
• Review drawings and specifications; ensure implementation aligns with design and project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve site issues.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC policies at all times.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize site productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in contracting and site supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, shop drawings, and materials.
• Familiarity with Aldar, Musanada, or ADNOC project procedures is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project coordination tools.
• Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
