Site Engineer - 3 to 5 Years Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect all construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Prepare daily progress reports, material requests, and inspection checklists.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure that work is executed according to project schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor concrete works, steel reinforcement, finishes, and other site operations.
• Assist in quantity verification and material approvals.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and records.
• Support the project engineer in preparing handover documents and inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in building or villa construction (preferably in Oman or GCC).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of site supervision, quality control, and finishing works.
• Strong communication and coordination skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
• Must be able to manage multiple sites and report to the supervision department.
• Valid Omani driver’s license preferred.
