About Us:

Think Future Interior Design specializes in delivering high-quality interior and fit-out solutions across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer to oversee daily site activities and ensure timely project execution.

Role:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising site works, coordinating with subcontractors, managing materials, and ensuring smooth project progress. You will be the main link between the site team, office team, and clients to maintain quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure project activities run according to schedule
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workforce
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company quality guidelines
• Prepare and maintain site reports, documentation, and progress updates
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
• Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English with clients, authorities, and team members
• Assist in planning, execution, and handover of fit-out and interior projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in interior or fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation
• Immediate availability is a plus
